At Venderby's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the products are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
